Shop the Village is a community-driven shopping experience that brings local businesses, makers, and entrepreneurs together in the heart of downtown Paulding. Designed to create energy, connection, and opportunity, the event transforms downtown into a walkable marketplace where visitors can explore, discover unique products, and support local.

The Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back Shop the Village in 2026 with multiple opportunities throughout the year to shop local and support small businesses.

2026 Event Dates

• Spring Edition – Saturday, May 2, 2026 | 9 AM to 2 PM
• Summer Blast Edition – Saturday, July 11, 2026
• Shop Small Season Kickoff – Saturday, November 21, 2026
• Additional holiday shopping dates may be announced later

What to Expect

For our Spring and Summer Blast editions, Jackson Street from Main to Williams Street will be closed to traffic, creating a vibrant open-air shopping experience with outdoor vendors, increased foot traffic, and a fun, festival-style atmosphere.

A limited number of indoor vendor spaces may also be available within downtown businesses, though indoor placement is not guaranteed.

In 2025, Shop the Village featured approximately 70 vendors throughout downtown. Interest is already building for 2026, with 20 vendors already signed up for the May 2 event—and more continuing to come in.

We’re inviting local pop-up shops, cottage businesses, youth artisans, and entrepreneurs to be part of this growing community experience.
