We are excited to announce that we are entering the second year of the Pathfinder Program, and we're thrilled to expand the program by adding Wayne Trace Payne Elementary this year. The Chamber wanted to foster leadership skills and kindness in our area youth in a unique way, and Erica took the initiative to create something special. She collaborated with Mrs. Brenda Doster, a 3rd grade teacher at Paulding Exempted Village Schools, to develop the Pathfinder Program.

The Pathfinder Program aims to recognize students who demonstrate acts of kindness, leadership skills, step outside their comfort zones, and lead by example. The chosen student will receive a certificate, select a small prize from the treasure box, and have their photo displayed in the hallway.

We are grateful for the support of MY102.7 in bringing this program to life and their continued support. This is a fantastic opportunity to help develop leadership skills in our youth, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our community!
