Leadership in Action Team Kicks Off Community Service Project Funding Campaign

7 Dec 2023 6:13 AM | Anonymous

The Leadership in Action (LIA) team has embarked on a significant project to renovate the pavilion and public restrooms at the Paulding Reservoir Park. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the overall appeal and safety of the area. The team is dedicated to learning more about leadership and giving back to the community, and they are thrilled to take on this meaningful task.

The proposed renovation project aims to create a safer and more welcoming environment for the community to enjoy. However, to make this vision a reality, they are seeking financial support from businesses and individuals like you. Their goal is to raise $50,000 in charitable donations from the community to fund the renovation project. The renovated pavilion and restrooms will not only contribute to the beautification of the Paulding Reservoir Park but will also serve as an asset for the entire community.

To support this initiative, they invite you to consider making a charitable donation by February 29th, 2024, to ensure the timely completion of the project. The suggested donation amounts are $100, $500, $1,000, $1,500, or an amount of your choosing. Please make checks payable to the Paulding County Area Foundation with a memo stating, “Leadership in Action Fund”. Checks can be mailed to the above Chamber of Commerce address. The Paulding County Area Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)(3) tax status, ensuring that your contribution is tax-deductible. Donations over $250 will receive a receipt from the Foundation.

Your generosity will play a crucial role in bringing this project to fruition and contributing to the well-being of our community. The LIA team is confident that, with your support, they can make a lasting impact on the Paulding Reservoir Park and the lives of those who visit it.

Thank you for considering their request. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact Erica Noggle at 419-399-5215 or pauldingchamber@gmail.com. The 2023-2024 Leadership in Action Team sincerely appreciates your support and looks forward to the positive changes we can achieve together.
