The Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of its Leadership in Action program, a dynamic leadership development initiative designed to empower local professionals, strengthen connections, and foster positive change within the community.
Leadership in Action is a multi-session program that provides participants with valuable insights into leadership principles, community development, and networking opportunities. Through hands-on experiences, engaging discussions, and interaction with local leaders, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to make a lasting impact in their workplaces and the Paulding County community.
“Leadership in Action is an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their leadership abilities while building meaningful relationships with other community members,” said Erica Noggle, Executive Director of the Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce. “This program equips participants with the tools and connections they need to lead effectively and drive positive change.”
The program is open to individuals from all industries and backgrounds who are eager to expand their leadership potential and contribute to the growth of Paulding County. Participants will explore key topics such as effective communication, strategic thinking, and civic engagement.
Applications for the 2025 Leadership in Action program are currently being accepted and must be submitted by Friday, August 15th, 2025. Space is limited, and interested individuals are encouraged to apply early.
