Salon 104 On the Square celebrated this morning with the Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce and the community via a Ribbon Cutting and Open House. Dawn Grant has worked at the salon for many years and has recently taken over ownership. The outpouring of support that Dawn received today was outstanding.
